Return conditions for individuals

Products received:

The product was purchased within the last 14 days.

The product must be in the same condition as you received it

The product must be in the packaging we sent it to you

It must have all the contents and instructions

You must not have used the product

Products that were not received by the customer:

You are entitled to receive the value of a product that you ordered and did not receive if you cancel your purchase order within 14 days.

Products that we do not return

You cannot return the following products:

A product that was tailored based on the customer's request.

Tables that were changed in color at the customer's request or any product that was modified.

We reserve the right to refuse to return any product after assessing that it does not meet the return conditions and at our own discretion.

It must be without the factory packaging and has been used.

Returned Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning our products to us, so when we send the shipping representative to the address you gave us, we will not be responsible for any damage or loss of the product before the representative receives the product, and the customer may incur additional fees if the product is not as received, and we cannot refund the money without proof of receipt.

Return Terms for Companies

- The purchase order must not exceed 9 business days from the offer request, which lasts 5 days for a total of 14 days

- The product must not have been sold and used by the customer by the company to which it was sold.

- It must be in factory condition with all attachments and in the packaging.

Refund

We will evaluate the product subject to return, and if the product is in good condition and in the factory packaging, the amount will be refunded minus the delivery and installation fees if it matches the conditions stated above

Return of gifts

Sometimes we may give gifts to those who shop from our store, so if you want to return a gift after it has been shipped to you, our compensation to you in this case will be a balance that will be deposited into your account in the store with the value of the gift.

If the order was not made through the website, a return request must be submitted via email.
